Snapshot schema independent vectors

v1-payload.json is a hand-authored complete state based on docs/formats-and-diagnostics.md, using documentation ASNs and addresses. It contains one VRP, one ASPA with two provider edges, and a Router Key whose two placeholder bytes test encoding only. It is not production or trusted RPKI data.

The canonical UTF-8 representation is obtained by sorting object keys, removing JSON whitespace, preserving Unicode, and forbidding non-finite numbers, exactly as specified by the exchange contract. Its SHA-256, computed independently with the system sha256sum command, is:

The fixture and expected hash are fixed input evidence; they are not generated by the rpkiparrot exporter during the test. Additional mutation tests re-sign malformed payloads to verify structural checks beyond the digest.

v2-payload.json independently transcribes the same original supports using schema 2: explicit null ASPA scope means both families; coverage, capabilities, selected groups and January 3 deadlines are written for AFI 1 and 2. The version table records all three fixed RTR v2 profiles and the library's AFI isolation semantics. Its canonical SHA-256, checked with system sha256sum, is:

The old vector remains an immutable schema-one import compatibility check; new SQL commits and exports use schema two and its different fixed digest.
